Kevin is going to Japan the day after tomorrow

Since Kevin is going to Japan the day after tomorrow, we explained
his detail schedule after getting Japan for him and some kinds of documents
which he needs to sign today.
　
After the meeting, we went to have a dinner not only with him but also
with his wife together. We discussed so many things and exchanged
our opinions. Although Kevin has 3 years old child (he must be very cute),
Kevin decided to change the job from Taiwanese company to Japanese one
in spite that he can not speak Japanese right now.
　
If I were Kevin, I'm not sure I can change my company from Japanese to Taiwanese.
I think the big defference between Kevin and I is confidence for himself.
He can not speak Japanese, but he can speak English very well. Moreover,
he has technical skills and experiences for designing related products.
　
Kevin is 33 years old at present. When I am 33 years old, can I make a decision
like Kevin? Can I persuade my wife?
　
I noticed that I have so many things I have to do to take an action like Kevin.
Therefore, I don't strongly think I should waste time.
Today, I desided to do my best in order to say "I can go ahead everyday".
